In fulfillment of Architecture Design 8 requirements, the proponents were tasked to plan a mixed-use complex featuring a live, work, play environment in Davao City. This project mainly features a mall, an office building, and a condotel. For this project, Kate Gutierrez and Michelyn Dacles lead the development of the condotel plans.

In fulfillment of Green Building Elective requirements, the proponents were tasked to take one of their old projects and create a situation wherein the development fell into disrepair. In response, the proponents were tasked to respond to the new challenges inline with the principles of green building and technology. For this project, Kate Gutierrez was tasked to set the premise and contributed to possible interventions.
